With this rather small painting (20x25cm) I wanted to portray the seeking of inner peace and truth within myself during the lockdown.

It has been a difficult period for me on an emotional level since I just moved to Italy right before the quarantine started.

I was separated from my family and from my loved ones and unable to form new friendships.

It went by as a lonely period of self reflexion and important realisations.

After it all I’m grateful it happened because it changed me in ways I didn’t know I had to be changed and it has strengthened my motivation and my initial intentions.

I would love to help the people who suffered the most by giving away this painting (selling it and donating the money).
