Ballerina’s debut

Ballerina called Maria has always wanted to become a world known ballerina, like for example, Maya Plisetskaya. Her hard work at the academy has paid off when on the last year of her studying a head master suggested her to perform Odette in “Swan Lake”.For a young ballet dancer such an opportunity can change an entire career. My painting depicts her excitement and worry in the rehearsal, couple of hours before the performance.
