Mental Prison

The cruelest prison in the world is that which we create with our own mind. We tell ourselves that we are stuck, that there is no way forward and no freedom to be had and this in itself is what limits our potential. Watching these images it is never sure whether we are on the outside watching in or on the inside watching out. As many of us are stuck inside during this period perhaps it’s time that we ask ourselves what we value in life and how to go about achieving it.
