This work shows a woman, slumped, her body beginning to crawl with insects. The insects reflect the emotions the woman is feeling. Of course I want the viewer to take from my work what ever they feel themselves. But when I created “Heartbreak’, to me the insects represent the pain and ache and sense of hopelessness slowly taking over her body and slowly rotting away at her.
